My Best Wood N Things accepts returns of merchandise when you request authorization for the return within 30 days of your purchase date. Please email us at:
custserv@mybestwoodnthings.com. You may choose between an exchange, or a refund.
Non-defective merchandise must be in new unused condition to qualify for either credit or exchange. The customer must pay shipping charges to return merchandise, except when damaged or defective upon arrival. Upon receiving, inspecting and approving your return, we will credit your account for the purchase price plus shipping if the merchandise was damaged or defective. We reserve the right to refuse returns that have not been authorized or appear used or damaged upon return. We will make every effort to resolve problems to your satisfaction. We are on your side, and doing business with us will prove it. Customer satisfaction is our goal.
If a package is returned to us due to a missing apartment number or suite number, we will contact you with a couple of options.
1. We can ship the package again upon receipt of the return postage and new shipping costs, or
2. You may elect to just get a refund back less the returned shipping costs.
Please understand that UPS charges us for returned shipping when it gets returned to sender. Please be sure to double check your shipping address, to include correct suite or apartment number to avoid this problem. Thank you.
